Content ownership and rights
You confirm you own or have licensed all uploaded materials (video, stills, music, fonts, likeness). You indemnify the platform against claims arising from your content.
Campaign responsibility
You are legally responsible for your campaign page, reward descriptions, timelines, and communications. Misleading claims may lead to suspension, refunds, or legal exposure.
Use of funds
Funds raised must be used substantially for the described production and fulfillment. Milestone-based releases may apply; misuse can trigger freezes, reversals, or law enforcement referral.
Taxes
You are responsible for taxes, GST where applicable, TDS, and filings in your jurisdiction. The platform may provide reports but not tax advice.
No equity or returns
You must not promise equity, profit share, fixed returns, or regulated securities offerings through FrameFund.
Fraud and suspension
Fake campaigns, stolen media, impersonation, or coordinated abuse may result in immediate suspension, withheld payouts, and reporting to authorities.
