Backer agreement (summary)

Not an investment
Your contribution is not an investment, loan, or equity stake. You do not acquire ownership, voting rights, or a share of revenue from the project or creator entity.
Rewards and delivery
Rewards described on a campaign page are goals, not guaranteed outcomes. Delays may occur. Fulfillment depends on the creator and applicable platform policies.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed in all cases. Eligibility depends on campaign rules (for example all-or-nothing vs keep-what-you-raise), chargeback windows, Razorpay and banking rules, and platform review.
Intermediary role
FrameFund provides software and payment orchestration. Creators are responsible for project delivery, communications, and legal compliance. The platform is an intermediary, not a party to your agreement with the creator.
Risk acceptance
By backing a campaign you accept the risk that the work may not complete, may change in scope, or may not meet your expectations. Read each campaign carefully before paying.
