Why this matters
Inspired by late-night transit videos and early MTV performance art, Chroma City Limits treats colour temperature as narrative. Chapter one is tungsten alleys, chapter two is sodium underpasses, chapter three is LED club, chapter four is dawn exteriors—all captured in-camera with gels and practicals only.
The story
Budget covers location fees across three boroughs, dancers, a 16mm package for two chapters, and a dedicated playback engineer for sync takes. We already cleared master use for the album. Your support finishes the edit suite rental and stereo mastering for vinyl bundle backers.
